Name: Crown Hill Center – Storage Renovation & Expansion
Location: Seattle, Washington
Size: 6,000 SF
Cost: $200,000
Completion: 2013

The Crown Hill Center houses programs for the Gilbert & Sullivan Society and the Small Faces Early Childhood Development Center.  With the growth of their programs, they have sought to capture space under the main floor of the building as new storage area.  The project also seeks grant funding for the work, so drawings and project information were developed toward a permit application.  Richaven Principal Brian Rich developed the plans for grant funding requests and completion of the project.
