Richaven has significant experience with both private and public educational projects at the K-12 and University level. Educational projects are often very complex because of the myriad of different types of spaces – from simple offices to technical theater spaces, sports facilities, classrooms, research spaces, food service, and social spaces. Extensive experience with these types of spaces combined with roles as an architect, project manager, construction manager, and Owner’s representative gives Richaven a broad understanding of the different requirements that each stakeholder and space brings to the project.
