Mr. Rich has served as the Preservation Architect on the Redmond Landmarks Commission in Redmond, WA since 2019. The City of Redmond has 16 individually designated landmarks, ranging from a cemetery to residential, commercial, and educational buildings. The Redmond Landmarks Commission is a blend of the Redmond Architectural Review Commission, a local resident, and a preservation professional.
