The Jefferson Park Golf Course Clubhouse was slated for some major renovation in 2011.  The Owner elected to test the eligibility of the structure as a landmark by self-designating the structure.  The preliminary research showed that there were many notable golfers that played on this course as well as some significant social movements, such as racial integration and public golf course availability.  The City of Seattle is reviewing the research to determine it’s eligibility.
