Name: DePaul University, Downtown Campus
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Size: 10,000 SF
Cost: Approx. $200,000
Completed: 1995

The renovated and converted Goldblatt’s Department Store became a shared property between DePaul University and the City of Chicago when the building was renovated in the mid-1990’s.  Subsequently, the sidewalk vault over occupied spaces for the university began to leak.  An internal roof and drainage system was developed and installed above the existing ceilings at the basement level to permit continued use of the space.
